The European Phoenix

Overview

As you fly into the capital city of Warsaw, you can’t help but wonder what the country would’ve been like during the World War II. Your heart almost skips a beat.

The mere thought of Poland conjures up images of the heart-wrenching Holocaust that shook not just Europe, but the entire world; the scars of which loom over the country even today. But, Poland has not let the war define its character. Despite its turbulent past and destruction, the country has rebuilt itself into the spectacular destination that it is today.

While its cities with their incredible art, architecture and history are cultural epicenters, the Polish countryside is one where time slows down as the cool mountain breeze embraces the little hamlets at the foothills.

Pedaling through the country, you will discover incredible landscapes, ancient castles and impressive canals. You will meet the most amazing Polish locals who will serve you a delicious Polish meal at the drop of a hat.

As your cycling journey ends, you return home enriched with unforgettable memories of this beautiful country.
