The city tour will take you through narrow and sometimes steep streets surrounded by classic architecture, colonial-style houses, gracious flowered balconies and more than 50 monumental churches, convents, monasteries and historic monuments, all located at the best preserved historic centre in Latin America.

Day 3: Explore the Valley of Baños and Riobamba city

Depart from Quito towards the South, through the Avenue of the Volcanoes towards the valley of Baños, surrounded by green tones and cascades due to its proximity to the Ecuadorian Amazonia. After lunch, continue your journey towards the city of Riobamba placed in the heart of the Andes, at the base of the Chimborazo, the highest volcano of Ecuador.

Day 4: Ingapirca fortress

Continue your journey to the south towards the city of Cuenca. This part of the Ecuadorian Andes has stunning landscapes, rock formations, valleys and subtropical high moorlands. The fields and colourful small towns along with the gastronomic specialties, the local way of living, their traditions, and popular festivities will leave you fascinated. Certain airlines permit us as their agent to hold reservations for a certain amount of time without tickets being issued. It is important to note that in these instances, the fares are only guaranteed until 2359 that day and we are not liable in the event of an increase. We, therefore, recommend that tickets are issued on the same day as the reservation. Some airports charge a departure tax, which is payable locally. These charges may not be claimed back from us.
